Denied Background Check Fees
  If your background check returns DENIED and you CANNOT have the firearm(s) you purchased from the internet/in-store transferred to you the following charges are your responsibility.

Failed background check fee: $10.00
Firearm storage fee: $10.00/week
Return shipping: $30 Fee + Actual Shipping Charges

Or, you may release the firearm to us for a discounted price.

***Denied Background check for NFA Items - $100 Fee

Firearm Shipping Policy
  Firearms typically ship within the given availability on the product page. This processing time does not start until we receive a signed & verified copy of your dealers FFL. Firearms not kept in stock are ordered from our wholesaler, delays may occur in shipping from common carriers such as UPS, FED EX, ETC. Thank you for your understanding!

All packages shipped USPS will have up to $50 insurance covered. If you wish to purchase more insurance coverage on your firearms/equipment/parts/components please select the appropriate option during checkout. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THE CARRIER TAKES POSSESSION. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES MUST GO THROUGH THE SHIPPING COMPANY (USPS FED-EX UPS ETC) We will work with you closely and try to come to a resolution in a timely manner. USPS or common carriers may have policies in place that do not allow you to file an insurance claim until 45 days or more.
Strict Return Policy
  All sales of firearms, firearm receivers, component parts of weapons (opened, not in original packaging), loaded ammunition, and optics (opened package) are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED.

Any return of a firearm/receiver due to a failed background check will result in YOU paying return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.

Reading Armament does not honor any manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer.

Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. If the purchased items are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased items and wishes to return it, the customer may return the items WITHIN 15 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form in the package with the returned item in order for a refund or replacement of the item. Please email for the RM Form.

ONLY unopened, in original packaging Items can be returned. 15% restocking fee applies.

Any items that are opened or used cannot be returned. If the product has failed or broke due to defect or manufacturing, please contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

No returns accepted on abused, neglected, or misused products.
