How do I return an item?

Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. If the purchased items are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased items and wishes to return it, the customer may return the items WITHIN 15 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form in the package with the returned item in order for a refund or replacement of the item. Please email for the RM Form.

ONLY unopened, in original packaging Items can be returned. 15% restocking fee applies.

We do not honor manufacturers warranties, please contact the manufacturer.

Any items that are opened or used cannot be returned. If the product has failed due to defect or manufacturing, please contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

No returns accepted on abused, neglected, or misused products.

No returns on ammunition, brass, or firearms (including receivers.)

In the event you place your order on an item that is not in stock, we will notify you by email in 24 hours with an ETA on item arrival. If this is not satisfactory we will refund your money immediately upon your request. Please note some items are marked "special order."

Cancelled web orders may require a cancelled order fee. Standard products/orders $10 cancellation fee. Special products/orders up to 15% cancellation fee.

Firearm returns due to FAILED BACKGROUND CHECKS result in a 30% restocking fee, and YOU pay the return shipping.
